Yes – it is completely free to join Parcelwide. Unlike some other forwarding companies, we don't charge you for your UK address.

How do I use my Parcelwide address?

What can and can’t I buy?

You can buy most products from any online stores based in the UK. This includes items from stores such as Amazon, eBay, and Topshop. You can even order products from stores in the EU if they deliver to the UK.

Unfortunately, we currently cannot ship perfume or aftershave. However, keep an eye on our news feed as we hope to be able to soon. For more restricted items, see our restricted items page.

If you are purchasing large or expensive items such as furniture, contact us in advance and we will be happy to assist you.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal and card payments. Card payments are processed through Stripe which accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All charges are in Pounds and a conversion fee may be charged by Paypal or your bank.

Shipping

What is volumetric weight?

The cost of a shipment can be affected by the amount of space that it occupies on an aircraft, rather than the actual weight. This is the volumetric (or dimensional) weight. For example, a box full of bricks would cost the same as an empty box of the same size.

You can calculate the volumetric weight by multiplying the Length (cm) by Width (cm) by Height (cm) and dividing the total by 5000.

E.g. 35cm x 24cm x 29cm / 5000 = 4.87kg.

If the volumetric weight is larger than the actual weight, it will be used to calculate the shipping cost; this is called billable weight.

To attempt to reduce your volumetric weight, you can try our repackaging service. However, we can’t guarantee any reduction in cost.

How long will delivery take and can I track my parcel?

Delivery time varies on the service you use. Following are estimated times for different services:

UPS Standard (EU only)

by road       2-3 working days

UPS Express Saver

by air           1-5 working days

DHL Express Worldwide

DHL Select (EU only)

If I buy products from different stores, can you consolidate my parcels?
